Every wonderful story has a wild journey, and ours is no different. My name is Frank, and I’ll share this one from my point of view. Karla and I tied the knot back in 2009 after just six and half months of dating. Each day brings something new and exciting into our lives. We were fortunate enough to rent a small tidy little house in West Miami from her dad. All we had was old hand me down furniture, décor and home accessories to start with. We spent an insane amount of time dreaming and interior designing our future HOME. It became an obsession.

After a couple years, we finally made the purchase an old fixer upper. Let the fun begin! We began painting, designing, searching for more eclectic looks and not the mainstream stuff found at every furniture shop in town.  Our garage became a workshop for re-finishing, re-purposing and building our own dreams.

After our second daughter was born, Karla spent several months home. In that time, she had two very dangerous things at her disposal – TIME and PINTEREST. The inspiration flood gates were blown open and ideas came pouring on. This is when we discovered how challenging it really is to curate the look you desire with limited resources available to us. In a more increasingly anti-social society, internet craze, sales quota driven shark type furniture sales rep world – we were looking for a different experience and could not find it.

After I got laid off from a dead-end job, she looked at me and said, “this is our chance, if we don’t do it now we never will”. That’s when we jumped off the deep end. after a two year roller coaster ride I think we are finally finding our place in this new chapter of Life. The name Three Leaf Interiors evolved from a full re-branding as our company continued to expand. Three Leaf Interiors is very meaningful to us in ironically three different ways; First, is from our religious point of view “The Father, The Son and The Holy Spirit.” We have been blessed and are eternally grateful for every breath, and the privilege to dream big, chase a dream and live out the word of our Heavenly Father. Secondly, our three little kiddos - Leah Marie, Brianne Nicole and Frank Axton. These three are the joy in our lives and probably our biggest WHY. Last but not least it represents the three main focuses of the company which are home staging and decorating, custom woodwork designs and a retail boutique store experience. Our greatest joy is helping you make your home into a place you love coming to after a long day’s work, where you want to host every game night, birthday, holiday dinners and raise a family. Fashion, Art, Creativity and Interiors are the parallels to creating the uniqueness you are looking for. We can’t wait to turn your vision into reality!
